The cricket team of St. Bede’s school faltered in the finals of the Boost inter state cricket tournament for schools. Held at the M. Chinnaswamy stadium, Bangalore. St. Bede’s lost to Hindu Sabha Sr. Sec. School, Punjab.
St. Bede’s scored 132 in 44.2 over but it was not enough for a victory. The team was champion at the Chennai level and zonal level.
The best batsman award was awarded to B. Aparajith and the player of the tournament was awarded to B. Indrajith. Both the players are from St. Bede’s school.
The team was coached under the guidance of R. A. Palani.
