This month Sunday Kutcheri in the park will be performed by two cousins from Nagpur. The event will take place on June 6 at 6.30 a.m. The venue will be at Nageswara Rao Park, Mylapore.
Cousin sisters N. Sandhya (10) and Aishwarya Mohan (12) from Nagpur will jointly present a vocal Carnatic music concert. They will be accompanied with Naveen Srinivas on the mridangam, C. Sardha on the violin and Chandra Sekar Sharma on ghatam.
Both the girls are students of Ranjani Krishanakumar (Disciple of D. K. Pattammal).
Sunday Kutcheri in the Park is organized by Sundaram Finance and is a platform for young children under the age of 15 years to display their musical talent in an informal audience.
