Vinayakar Chaturthi celebrations

Sri Varasidhi Vinayakar Temple at CIT colony will have Vinayakar Chaturthi celebration from September 9 – 11. On Sept.9 between 7 – 11 a.m. and 5 – 8 p.m. Ekadina Lakshachani will be performed.

On Sept 11, at 10 a.m. Mahabheskeham will be performed. Between 6 – 7 p.m. Sandana Kappu will be performed. For more details contact G. Rajagopal 97908 35952.

Vinayaka Chathurthi celebrations for Sri Bhuvanarja Ganapathy are on at Nandala, Ranga Road from September 9 – 13.

Highlights – Homams- Shodasa Maha Ganapathy Moola mantra Homam. Ganapathy homam, Sowbhagya Maha Ganapathy homam are on Septrmber 10, 11 and 12.

In the evenings there is 108 Shankabhishekam,. Mapillai alankaram, Sri Kubera Ganapathy Alankaram on these days and discourses are also planned.

Sri Siddhi Buddhi Sametha Sri Karpaga Vinayakar Temple located at 2nd Cross Street R. A. Puram is celebrating Vinayakar Chaturthi from Sept 5 to 10.

Everyday at 6.45 a.m. there will be Ganapathy Homam.

Sept. 11 at 7 a.m. there will be Homam, Navakalsa Pooja. At 7.30 a.m. there will be Abhisekham. At 9.30 a.m. Alankaram and deeparadhanai will be done.

At 7.30 p.m. there will be a procession. There will be classical music concerts in the evening from Sept. 12 to 16.

Sri Navasakthi Vinayakar Temple located at 181, Luz Church Road will be celebrating Vinayakar Chaturthi from Sept 10 to 16.

On Sept. 11 at 11 a.m. there will be special Abhisekham.

On Sept. 14 at 7 p.m. there will be Oonjal Utsavam.

On Sept. 16 at 8 p.m. there will be the Vinayakar procession.

Sri Balavinayakar Temple on Warren Road will have celebrations from Sept.2 to 11, with pujas every day. On Sept.12 evening there is a procession. Kutcheris are held every evening and they feature some well known artistes.
