The city’s civic body has cemented the entire quadrangle on Sannidhi Street in front of the eastern gopuram of Sri Kapali Temple in Mylapore.
The work was carried out recently.
The civic body has been cementing streets and lanes around temples since they carry heavy and steady traffic.
Earlier, streets like Ponnambala Vadyar Street and Tank Street had been cemented.
One street leading off North Mada Street has also been cemented.
