In view of the World Diabetic Day there will be a free ‘Diabetic Camp’ held on November 14 at Corporation Community Hall, Mylapore (Near Nageswara Rao Park). The camp will be held from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Prior registration is required and patients are required to bring in diabetic ID proof or sugar value or copy of their prescription.
Various test like blood sugar, HBA1c, ECG, monofilament + test, weight, body fat, bone marrow density and BMD test will be undertaken.
There will also be free dental and eye testing done.
An open forum discussion on Diabetic will be held at 9 a.m. This camp is organised by Dr. Jalaja Ramesh, Diabetologist in association with Karuppiah Diabetic and Health Store.
