K. V. Mohan aged 62 passed away on August 4. He was the sixth son of late K. Vishwanath, proprietor of Chitra Talkies, Madras.
Mohan was born and brought up in San Thome.
He did his schooling in St. Bede’s Anglo Indian School and completed his degree in Loyola College. He worked as a marketing executive.
His eldest sister ‘Baby’ Saroja was a well known actor. His other sisters are Lakshmi Vishwanthan, dancer and Charumathi Ramachandran, Carnatic vocalist. One of his brothers is K. V. Balu, retd. Chief Advertising Officer at The Hindu.
He is survived by his wife Shashi and sons Sidharth and Srivats. The family can be reached at 98409 16219.
