Vedavalli Srinivasa Chari aged 80 passed away on Sept. 18.
She was a resident of Mylapore all her years. She studied at Lady Sivaswami School, Mylapore and completed her BA from Stella Maris College and BT from Teaches College.
She taught Tamil at Don Bosco School, Egmore for a few years.
She was the wife of T. K. S. Chari, senior executive who retired from Madras Refiniers Ltd.
She was the daughter of late Ethirajammal and late C. Srinivasan.
She is survived by her husband and her daughters Vaishnavi Kumar and Vijaya Chari.
