N. Sethurathnam a resident of Mylapore passed away on March 16. He was native of Trichy and had been residing in Mylapore since 1978.
He served in various departments in the Secretariat, Govt. of Tamil Nadu under eminent IAS officers.
After retirement he had been working as a PRO for many firms.
Sethurathnam had been the prime mover for the construction of the ‘Ashta Dasabuja Durga Temple at Rajakeezhpakkam, Tambaram. He was its Chairman and Life Trustee until his last, says a family member.
His wife M. S. Santhanalakshmi is a retired Asst. Headmistress of NKT School, Triplicane.
