New edition of two books on nursing education were launched at CSI Kalyani Multi Speciality Hospital, on August 13.
The book, An introduction to Community Health Nursing, was written in 1974 by Kasturi Sundar Rao .
The first copy of its fifth edition was launched by Sudhir Joseph, President of Christian Medical Association of India. Rosaline Jayakaran, Dean, CON CMC Vellore received the first copy of the book from him.
The third edition of Nursing Student Diary, a guidebook for students of nursing, was launched by Bimal Charles, General Secretary of the Association.
The release was a precedence to celebration of 100 years of nursing education.
