The Kasthuriba Club located at Mylapore is celebrating its 63rd anniversary.
As a part of the celebration, the Children’s Welfare Centre of the Club is conducting various competitions for the children aged from 3 years to 16 years.
On Jan.19 – recitation of Vishnu Sahasranamam, and Tirukkural.
On Jan.20 – drawing and painting.
On Jan.27 – Oratorical competition and recitation of 12th chapter of Bhagwat Gita.
On Feb.2- Tiruppavai and Tiruvempavai recitation and fancy dress competition.
On Feb.3 – Bharathiar songs (for children upto 7 years only) and Rangoli competition (for 8 years to 15 years).
The venue of all competitions will be Sri Karaneeswarar Temple, Bazaar Road, Mylapore from 2 p.m. onwards. Registration need to be done on the spot.
