Free yoga teaching sessions are being provided by Art of Living volunteers at the Chennai Corporation park at D’Monte Colony at the junction of Abhiramapuram 4th Street and TTK Road.
The sessions are held daily, from 5.45 to 6.45 a.m. Open to all
