Archbishop Rev George Antonysamy, head of the Madras-Mylapore diocese is to preside over a function at Our Lady of Visitation Church. St. Mary’s Road, Abhiramapuram on Sunday, May 26.
The event, from 6 pm onwards is to award scholarships to 77 economically poor students and toppers in the Plus Two exams who hail from this area.
The scholarships are raised by this church community.
