The annual Tamil drama fest of Sri Parthasarathy Swami Sabha will feature the best 11 plays from June 16 to June 24 to be held at Narada Gana Sabha Hall, Alwarpet. While the front row seats are for ticketed guests, others can come in and take the free seats.
On the opening evening, the Nalli Lifetime awards are to be given to 3 renowned Tamil stage artistes.
Veteran Tamil playwright and actor K. P. Arivanandam, veteran stage artiste Vandhana and veteran stage artiste Brinda in recognition of their contribution to Tamil theatre.
Mohan Parasaran, Solicitor General of India is inaugurating the festival in the presence of Nalli Kuppuswami Chetti and actor S V Shekher.
