Tamil Nadu Housing Board is inviting people to apply for its apartments to be built in Foreshore Estate campus, close to the sea.
The new project, of 560 flats ( stilt plus 5 floors) has just been launched under the self-financing scheme.
There are a variety of flats, ranging in space from 960sq ft to 1491 sq.ft, all in the High Income Group category.
Among other features advertised are huge open and car parking spaces and high UDS percentage, modern security systems and spacious rooms.
TNHB says that the cost of flats (tentative, car park fee extra) ranges from Rs.121,50,000 to Rs.19,772,000.
Applications are on sale now and sale ends on Dec. 31. Deadline for registration is Jan.2, 2014.
