OSTEOPOROSIS AND ORTHOPAEDIC CAMP
On January 19, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul jointly with Cipla is conducting a free osteoporosis and orthopedic consultation camp for men and women above 35 years of age. Patients with back, hip and knee pain, smokers, alcoholics, menopause-related issues and those using steroids or painkillers can make use of this camp. Bone strength will be assessed. KALA POSHAKAM UTSAV
From January 20, a seven-day festival of dance will be held at Alwarpet. Performances will include Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi, Odissi, Mohiniyattam, Kathak, and Vilasini Natyam, by artists from different cities as well from the USA. SPIRITUAL LECTURE BY SWAMI BODHANANDA
On January 21, 22 and 23, vedanta exponent and management guru Swami Bodhananda will speak on ‘Hindu Dharma for 21st Century’. High Court Judge V. Ramasubramanian will inaugurate the programme.
