The Lok Satta party has announced candidates for a few seats in the state and this includes Chennai South.
A Jaiganesh, 29, organization secretary and an anti-corruption activist, will contest from Chennai South.
The names were made public on Sunday. A press release of the party said that they had chosen people who had been civic activists and taken part in local campaigns and programmes, who did not have criminal cases against them or complaints from the community.
