The rooftop resto-bar Above Sea Level of Hotel Raintree, Alwarpet has a new menu to complement their beverages. A range of Indian kebabs and international grilled entrees like herbed vegetables, fritters and crab cakes, Lebanese starters and Moroccan style dishes make up the new menu. There are new Italian baked desserts like varieties of pannacotta available as well.
The F&B department says while the dishes are based on European flavours, it is the style of preparation that has been the focus of change.
