On September 7 at Alwarpet, ‘Chakra – a myriad of the Four Seasons’ will be staged. The concept and direction is by Parvathi Ravi Ghantasala and the event is organised by Kala Pradarshini. This multilingual musical is a blend of Carnatic, Hindustani and contemporary music.
It is the love story of a young couple’s journey of life through the four seasons and the festivals that mark them. The script is from various languages and the choreography covers Bharatanatyam, contemporary, folk and Kalari. Donor passes available online.
