Kartik Fine Arts is hosting the 3rd Navrathri Festival from Sept. 24 to Oct. 3 at Kartik Rajagopal Hall, 3/2,Sringeri Mutt Road, (opp. Mandaveli Railway Station, R. A. Puram, in the evenings. Tambura artiste S. Venkataraman will be honoured with a cash award on day 1. Open to all.
