Rasika Ranjani Sabha will confer the title of “Kala Ratna” on flute vidwan Dr. N. Ramani at a function to be held on Dec 1. The award carries a prize money of Rs. 1 lakh, a medallion, shawl and a citation. The chief guest is former chief election commissioner, T. S. Krishnamurthy. Dr. R.
