The 196 year old San Thome Higher Secondary School in San Thome celebrates 60 years (1954-2014) of its life under the management of the Montfort Brothers this year . As part of the diamond jubilee celebrations this school is organizing several sports and cultural events during the year.
Today, November 5, the school launched the Champions Cup 2014 sports event – state level inter-school basketball, volleyball and chess tournaments for boys and girls. These will be held at the school campus and at Montfort Indoor Stadium here.
The prize distribution ceremony will be held on November 7 at 3.00 p.m., at Montfort Indoor Stadium, said Bro. Dr. M. Irudyam, school principal
