Thiruvanmiyur Kerala Samajan will be celebrating onam (Ponnonam 2015) on Oct 17 at M. G. R. Janaki College, R. A. Puram. R. Radhakrishnan, gen convenor, will deliver the welcome address and MVR Menon, president of the Samajan will preside over the function.
The chief guest is MA Salim, president CTMA and the celebrity guest is music director Shyam. At the event, P. Gnanaraj, founder, Kaakkum Warangal will be honoured with the ‘Manavaseva Puraskaram’ award.
The meeting will be followed by an cultural programme featuring dances by the members of the Samajam and a musical comedy thriller by Byiju Krishna and team.
