Shyam Sunder, an R. A. Puram based lawyer, has been appointed as an Honorary Advisor for Government of Kerala to advise on the best practices prevailing in other states in India in Registration, Revenue and Town & Country Planning Departments and to implement the best practices in the above said departments in Kerala. The appointment was made through Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation (KSIDC) under ‘ease of doing business’ category.
He has also come out with the second edition to his book titled `Property registration, land records and building approval procedures followed in various States in India’ with updated information till Oct 31 2015. Shyam Sunder is an alumnus of St. John’s Senior Secondary School, Mandaveli and graduated in commerce from Vivekananda College in the year 1999.
