The traditional lagna patrika ceremony that opens the Panguni festival celebrations at Sri Kapali Temple is due today, at 5 p.m.
Decorators are at work here since morning and temple priests are busy preparing for this very traditional event which formally flags off all the celebrations.
The flag hoisting is due on March 14.
