Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mylapore in association with Veda Pata Nidhi Trust is celebrating the 123rd jayanthi of Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswati Swamigal (Sage of Kanchi ) on May 22. The event will start off with a vedic prayer at 9.30 a.m., followed by pooja and veda parayanam. Later a Tamil play ‘Sri Bhagavan Nama Bodendral’ by Bombay Gnanam and Mahalakshmi Ladies Drama group will be held. At East Mada Street, Mylapore.
