Madras cuisine of 19th cent.: Aug 26 event at local cafe

Puliyogare Travels has organised an evening of narratives and anecdotes on the iconic Madras Curry and Mulligatawny Soup.

This will also feature a cooking demonstration of the Mulligatawny Soup which is claimed as an Indian/Anglo-Indian invention in Madras back in the 19th century.
