Satyam-Sivan-Sundaram is the themed, annual dance festival that the K K Nagar-based dance academy of Bharatanatyam guru Sheela Unnikrishnan hosts. This year, it was launched at the Sri Kapali Temple on Wednesday evening by dancer and guru, Bragha Bessel.
The fest is a tribute to the gurus; so while the first recital features young artistes of well known gurus, the second features a group show.
Sunday’s finale, at 7.45 pm will feature the host dancers in their feted dance drama titled ‘Sivamayam’.
