Tamilnadu Eyal Isai Nataka Mandram in collaboration with Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mylapore will be celebrating World Theatre Day with a theatre festival from Mar. 27 to Mar. 31.
All the plays are in Thamizh and they include Komal Swaminathan’s celebrated play ‘ Thaneer Thaneer’, on March 30.
Noted artistes Y. Gee. Mahendra, Kathadi. S. Ramamurthy, M. B. Moorthy, Lalitha Dharini and Kovai Padmanabhan will be presenting dramas at this festival.
At East Mada Street, Mylapore, 6.30 p.m. Open to all.
