On Thursday, the Mylapore police arrested history sheeter Vikram Kumar and his accomplices for threatening another man with an airgun and knife at Nochikuppam.
Vikram Kumar who was involved in a murder case in 2015 has a history of extortion, murder and attempted murder. During interrogation, he confessed that he had purchased the air gun for Rs. 2000 and the knife to murder someone.
