Prof. R. Nanjunda Rao passed away on Sept.15 at his home in Dr Nanjunda Rao Colony in Mylapore.
He was formerly hony. professor of surgery and also honorary surgeon to the state government.
Rao was born on March 27, 1925 and was well known in the Mylapore area for his professional as well as outreach work.
The family’s residence is at 94/1, Dr Nanjunda Rao Colony, Mylapore.
