The kanda sasthi festival at Sri Karaneeswarar Temple, Mylapore will be held from Oct 21 – 27. Daily events include a special abhishekam for Lord Murugan in the evening followed by music concerts and lectures. On Oct 26, a day long ekadina laksharchanai will be held. The thirukalyanam will be held on Oct 27 in the evening.
