The Marina is a destination for many Mylaporeans – many go there to walk in the mornings and many others take their families to the shore in the evenings.
Due to the presence of police in the region, not many cases of intimidation or theft are reported from the Marina by those who use the beach.
But if you do need to access a police station here, the Marina police station is located in the police campus opposite the light house and next to All India Radio campus.
( It used to stand south of the light house).
