S Studio, a handcrafted sarees boutique in CIT Colony, Mylapore, is accepting used but good condition clothes that can be given as donation to the Daan Utsav season.
The clothes have to be in a good condition and can be dropped off at the kiosk set up at the boutique. The donors can take home a gift voucher worth Rs. 500 from S Studio in exchange for donating 10 clothes or more.
The boutique, run by Subhashini Srinivasan has been conducting this donation drive for two years now. “We collect the clothes and pass it on to an NGO called Little Drops”, she said.
The collection drive will be on till Oct. 16 – open between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m.
