Dr. S. Anandalakshmy, former principal, Vidya Mandir school, Mylapore, passed away on Mar 13.
She was 86 years old. She also served as the principal of Lady Irwin College, New Delhi.
She was known to be a conoisseur of music and art and an eminent scholar and educationist.
