Tamil Nadu Housing Board apartments in South Canal Bank Road, Mandaveli that were up for sale have sold out.
“Since we were allotting the flats under first-come-first-served basis, they sold out soon. All the twelve flats sold out on April 3,” said a staff from Tamil Nadu Housing Board, Nandanam.
The apartments were recently rebuilt under the Tamil Nadu Housing Board renovation scheme. A few parts of the apartment block are still under construction.
