Officers of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) have arrested a Mylapore resident in connection with the recovery of a narcotic drug substance that is not allowed for sale and is mostly used to give a ‘high’ to those who consume it.
The NCB says its recovered pseudoephdrine, a controlled substance under the NDPS Act from a godown in Choolaimedu and then traced its ownership to the Mylapore resident.
