Ramakrishna Math, R. K. Mutt Road, Mylapore is renovating the Ramakrishnananda hall after 20 years. Hence, the discourses that are usually conducted at this hall (located below the temple, on ground floor) are taking place at the old temple.
Swami Naravarananda, public relations officer of R. K. Math says, “We decided to renovate this hall as the ceiling had become weak. Also, we wanted to improve ventilation, ambience and accommodate more people.”
The renovation will be over in 6 weeks, he says. The old temple is located inside R. K. Math premises.
