Governor honours Vyjayantimala Bali with award

Dancer Vyjayantimala Bali has been honoured with many awards. And she deserves them.

On Saturday morning, Tamil Nadu governor Banwarilal Purohit conferred the Saraswathi Puraskaram award on Vyjayantimala Bali at a short function held at the C. P. Ramaswami Iyer Foundation in Alwarpet which is the one which has instituted this award.

The Foundation’s Dr Nanditha Krishna was on the dais.

  1. Dancer Ms. Vyjanthimala Bali fully deserves all kinds of praises. She received many awards from India as well as from abroad. Her contributions in ‘Bharatanatyam’ plus her contributions in the role of heroine in many Tamil and Hindi films deserves high praise in an unlimited measure. She made impressive marks that deserves high praise. I wish her all happiness and good health.
