The Chennai Marathon is held annually and is now a big event in the marathon world. The 2020 run will take place on January 5, 2020.
The CR Runners who take part in this marathon, meet at a point in Alwarpet and run every day. The group is now inviting freshers to join them. Mentoring and guidance will be provided. Says Yasir Sultan of this group, “A fresher can be ready to run the 10K marathon after two months of steady training.”
