I Five Foods, a franchise of Adyar Vaishnavas Thattu Idly Kadai opened at the TNSCB Commercial Complex off R.K.Mutt Road, Mylapore.
The speciality at this restaurant is its Thattu Idli. The Thattu idli is priced at Rs.45.
Topped with a special podi and ghee, the palm-sized idly is served with sambhar and three chutneys – coconut, pudina, and tomato.
The 20-seater restaurant also offers a variety of dosas. Cheese, paneer, Mysore masala, and a Bahubali dosa (a large sized dosa peppered with cheese, corn, and vegetables) are some of the dosa varieties available here.
Rukmani, the manager at the restaurant says they will introduce tea/coffee and chaat.
