Governor of Tamilnadu will inaugurate Brahma Gana Sabha’s December art festival on Dec. 3. He will present awards to carnatic music duo Hyderabad Brothers, dancer Urmila Sathyanarayanan and Thirunageswaram T. R. Subramanian (thavil).
