Hotel Vasantha Bhavan on South Mada Street, Mylapore has come up with a unique thali (lunch) to help people stay healthy in times of the Coronavirus spread.
Its menu includes arachuvitta sambhar, black pepper tulasi rasam, green sundal kara kozhambu, broccoli cauliflower capsicum kootu, ginger garlic banana stem and guava kesari.
Said Saravana Raj, the manager of the Hotel, “All items on the thali are rich in protein and vitamin – c. We introduced them as it will improve the overall health of people if not help them fight the virus.”
