A Womens Bazaar, where women entrepreneurs are showcasing and selling the products they make or source has opened on March 5 at C. P. Art Centre’s two galleries. The sale marks Womens Day and is an annual feature of the C. P. Art Centre, Alwarpet.
A variety of clothes, a variety of crafts – handmade and otherwise, foodstuff and home accessories are on sale here.
There are also stalls showcasing tribal crafts – Kota pottery, Kurumba paintings and bamboo decorations and utilities.
The sale is on till March 9, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The venue is on Eldams Road.
