ACP attached to Mylapore police station tests virus positive

An Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) attached to Mylapore police station off Kutchery Road has tested positive for coronavirus.

Said a police officer attached to Mylapore police station, “A few days ago, the ACP tested virus-positive. Now, he is under home quarantine at his residence in Valasaravakkam.”

Following this, he says all the police officers attached to the station have given their samples for testing.

The ACP’ s office at the first floor of our station and the entire police station premises is being disinfected by civic workers, he adds.
