Tamil Nadu state minister for food and civil supplies, R. Kamaraj ( seen in photo) who has been appointed to oversee pandemic operations in a few zones in the city, including the Teynampet zone ( under which most parts of the larger Mylapore neighbourhood falls) has been making the rounds of the zones the past few days.
Kamaraj had toured the area north of Dr. Radhakrishnan Salai.
Today, another minister K C Anbazhagan who oversees Adyar zone of GCC is scheduled to tour the ward 173 neighbourhood.
Residents in R A Puram got a message this morning that he is expected to touch the hot zone, KVB Gardens at the far end of Kamaraj Salai.
