Two days ago, a couple based now in Canada which had its parents living n Alwarpet and recently moved to Porur sought help.
They has lost their father and now, the mother who is about 70 was feeling lonely and the couple was to keen to get her out to Canada. They had booked flight tickets twice and the effort flopped.

We got across to a Air India officer we knew and gave the couple some useful leads that he provided. Hopefully, something positive will happen after August 1 when Phase 5 of the Vande Bharat Mission rolls.
