Donors in small measure have managed to keep going the community effort to provide night duty civic workers with snacks.
Community activist Baskar Seshadri arranges for this to be distributed at a GCC school campus near All India Radio on Kamaraj Salai.
The workers often do not have time to pack dinner and later at night, cannot find any food joint to have a bite or a cup of tea and hence this support.
