Sanginee Design Studio, the well-known boutique at C.P. Ramaswamy Road, Alwarpet has recently shifted its tailoring unit to R.A.Puram, opposite Indian Overseas Bank on this road.
The boutique, however, continues to have its showroom at Alwarpet.
Its unit in R.A.Puram offers customised tailoring of blouses, kurtis and salwars. One can also get their blouses embroidered from this shop.
While customers can bring their own materials for stitching, people may also choose fabrics from the range of handloom fabrics like ikkat cotton, ajrak, silk cotton, and kalamkari, available for sale here. Some of their readymade kurtis, dresses are also sold here.
Price for stitching blouse is Rs 600 (without lining). Necessary precautions are taken at the store to prevent virus spread.
