Have you seen neighbours who have tested virus-positive are seen stepping out of their houses and interacting with people in campus and outsiders, thus posing a danger to others?
By doing this, they are flouting the rules and you can alert GCC to take action.
The past few days Mylapore Times has received messages from residents saying some people who have been tested positive are seen outside their flats / homes and interactIng with outsiders too.
This is a serious issue.
