MLA creates mail ID, puts out phone number for Mylaporeans

Mylapore MLA R. Natraj has got down to work from Day One. As people begin to post notes on local issues, the MLA and his team show they are addressing them.

The MLA has created a E-mail account – mylaimlanataraj@gmail.com – people can use to file suggestions and plaints.

He also has a cellphone number that people can use now – a FB message said – Please get in touch with me at 9940052222

The MLA said the G-mail account is exclusively to deal with complaints, suggestions and issues relating to Mylapore.

“I would strive to ensure that your concerns are addressed in not later than 1 week except if it’s a policy decision, ” he said.

  2. Sir,
At present there is no direct bus service from Mylapore tank to College Road. So many offices are located in college road including DPI and software companies. Now we are depending on share auto only. But recently some of the auto members objected for standing of share autos near tank. Auto walas are charging exorbitant rates. Either arrange introduce a direct bus service from Mylapore Tank bus stand to Egmore railway station via college road or pl control the autowalas to stop quarrel with share auto drivers. Lower and middle income group members could not bear to auto fare.
    Thanking you sir,
    Regards,

  3. The neighbourhood of Mylapore has street lights largely functional giving credit to street lighting technicians. Unfortunately, large trees have overgrown, depriving the streets of proper lighting maybe once cause to petty thefts. If trees are well pruned before the monsoons, streets would get good lighting and stay well illuminated. Width of roads cannot be increased so good lighting would probably help people especially elders to walk safely without tripping or falling. Thanks in anticipation ~Ramesh

  4. Collect all the organic waste street by street every morning and evening and take it to the Amma canteen where it is used to generate bio gas and strictly no carry bags like in other and kodaikanal
